We recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a delightful experience. The deluxe suite we stayed in was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The windows and balcony offered stunning views, and the spacious bathroom was a definite highlight. Reception staff helpful! Rooms and bathrooms great. No coffee/tea kit. Good location, 20 min walk to attractions, easy public transport. Pretty view, closed terrace. Building beautiful. Rooms big, comfy shower. Perfect area for shops, restaurants. Easy subway access. Recommend! Quiet area, perfect for business, new furnishing, unique style. Quiet AC, nice shower, good products. Comfortable and well-located hotel. During my short getaway in Madrid, I had a delightful stay at the One Shot Luchana. The location was perfect, with a metro stop right outside and easy access to all the main attractions. Our room was just what we needed, with a large and comfortable bed, great amenities like a mini fridge and hair dryer, and fantastic wifi. The bathroom was clean and the shower was a dream. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the One Shot Luchana and would happily recommend it to others.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained with stylish decor. the room was spotless and beautifully decorated. the bed was incredibly comfortable with a memory foam mattress topper. the balcony provided a lovely view and when closed, it was soundproof, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
the room was quite small and lacked sufficient storage space, making it difficult to store my luggage.

We loved the location of this hotel, right next to a metro stop, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic rainfall shower in our room. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with everything spotless and well-maintained.
